Reseller Settings Configuration Guide.

Purpose
To allow resellers to manage consistent configuration across multiple workspaces by linking them to a single Master Organization ID.

How It Works :

  1. You can assign a Master Organization ID (e.g., a workspace like XYZ) to a reseller account (Reseller A).
  2. All settings configured in the Master Organization (XYZ) will automatically apply to all workspaces created under Reseller A.
  3. This simplifies setup and ensures uniformity across workspaces.

Settings Inherited from Master Organization

The following settings configured in the Master Organization will be automatically applied to all workspaces created under the reseller:

Branding (Settings > Branding tab)

  1. Logo
  2. Favicon
  3. Welcome Image
  4. Brand Color

Domain Mapping (Settings > Domain)

Employer Side Domain :

  1. This is the domain added in the master organization under Settings > Domain.
  2. ✅ Any workspace created using this domain will automatically be associated with Reseller A.
  3. This domain serves as the primary identifier at the reseller level.

Candidate Side Domain :

  1. On the candidate-facing site, candidates will see the reseller-specific domain configured in the master organization.
  2. ✅ This ensures a consistent candidate experience aligned with the reseller’s brand and domain identity.

Email Configuration (Settings > Email)

SMTP Details

  1. The default SMTP configuration (e.g., via SendGrid, Gmail) from the master org will apply to all workspaces.
  2. Workspaces can override this if needed at their own level.

Support Settings

  1. Terms & Conditions URL
  2. Privacy Policy URL

These details from the master organization will automatically populate in all new workspaces under the reseller.

Example Use Case

  1. Reseller A wants all its customer workspaces to follow the same design, domain, email config, and support details.
  2. Admin configures Workspace XYZ with required branding, domain, SMTP, and support settings.
  3. XYZ is set as the Master Organization ID for Reseller A.
  4. When a new workspace is created under Reseller A:
  5. Branding, domain, and email settings are automatically copied from XYZ.
  6. Candidate site reflects the reseller-level domain.
  7. Employer side domain ensures workspace linkage to Reseller A.
